Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived a young girl named Rebecca. She was a bright and talented student, loved by her teachers for her intellect and kindness. However, there was something that made her different from the other kids in her school – her skin was darker, and her hair naturally curly.

Rebecca’s classmates made fun of her for her appearance and bullied her relentlessly. She tried to ignore their taunts and threats, but one day, it all became too much for her to bear. She ran to the garden and cried under a Banyan tree, feeling alone and helpless.

As she cried, the Banyan tree spoke to her in a soothing voice, telling her that she was not alone and that she had a friend in him. The tree knew of her struggles and offered her comfort and advice.

The tree spoke of how he too had been bullied by the other trees, who made fun of his big and curly leaves, but he never let their words affect him. He had his own inner talents, and he used them to help others, giving shelter to animals and humans alike. The tree advised Rebecca to focus on her own talents and not let the words of others bring her down.

Rebecca listened intently to the tree’s wise words and began to see herself in a new light. She realized that her curly hair and darker skin were beautiful, and that she had many talents beyond her academic achievements. She was a great badminton player and a skilled cook, and she decided to focus on these things instead of worrying about what her classmates thought of her.

Rebecca’s newfound confidence and self-love shone through, and soon, her classmates began to see her in a new light too. They realized that they had been wrong to bully her and began to appreciate her for who she truly was. Rebecca forgave them for their past behavior and made new friends who loved and respected her for who she was.

From that day on, Rebecca would often be found in the garden, talking to her friend the Banyan tree, who continued to offer her comfort and support whenever she needed it. And she lived happily ever after, knowing that true beauty comes from within and that she had a friend in the most unlikely of places.
